THE SAN TELMO FOUNDATION (hereinafter, the FOUNDATION), in accordance with current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, informs users of its website (hereinafter, the Website) and the APP of the Privacy and Data Protection Policy that will apply to the processing of personal data that the User voluntarily provides when accessing its website or the corresponding mobile application.

By providing THE SAN TELMO FOUNDATION with their personal data through the electronic forms on the Website, the contact section or the Application and, where applicable, by checking the corresponding acceptance box, the User expressly consents to THE SAN TELMO FOUNDATION processing this data under the terms of this Privacy and Data Protection Policy clause and for the purposes expressed herein.

The basis for processing the data is the consent given by the User by checking, where applicable, the corresponding acceptance box.

Failure to provide the necessary data for these purposes will make it impossible to provide you with our services. Your data will be retained as long as the relationship is maintained and its deletion is not requested, and in any case in compliance with the legal limitation periods applicable to you.

Recipients of transfers and international transfers

The personal data provided may be shared between the Participants, Members and Alumni of the San Telmo FOUNDATION in its various activities, with the sole objective of professional interrelationship between its Members.

No transfers or international transfers of your data are planned.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At the San Telmo Foundation, we process the information provided by interested parties in order to manage the sending of requested information, manage registrations for any of our offered activities, and keep you informed of future promotions, news and updates related to the activities of the San Telmo Foundation.

The San Telmo Foundation may make video and audio recordings of or for its sessions in its various classrooms or other locations within its facilities. This material may be processed, stored, and disseminated solely for the purpose of continuing education for those participating in its activities. Likewise, the San Telmo Foundation may use photographs taken at its facilities or event venues to create printed or digital materials for the purpose of promoting its activities and events.

The personal data provided will be kept until its deletion is requested by the interested party.

The user will be solely responsible for the veracity of the data provided to the FOUNDATION. 

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms enabled on the Website are mandatory, so if you do not complete any of them you will not be able to continue with your submission. 

The FOUNDATION manages its server environment appropriately, maintaining a strict firewall infrastructure. It continuously uses current technologies to ensure that the confidentiality and privacy of information are not compromised. To this end, it adopts the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the personal data contained therein and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data, and the risks to which it is exposed. 

Any changes made to the Privacy Policy and information management practices will be reflected in a timely manner, and the FOUNDATION may add to, modify, or delete said privacy policy when it deems necessary. 

In any case, the FOUNDATION will not modify policies or practices to make them less effective in protecting the personal data of our previously stored customers without the prior consent of the affected customers.
