What does this general management program add to your career?
The AD-1 is not measured by what it tells you, but by how you decide when you leave.
A global, strategic view of the business
A global understanding of the business from a senior management perspective: strategy, people, finance, operations and governance on a single map. You stop seeing your company department by department.
Sharper decision-making
You refine the full cycle: analysis, diagnosis, formulating solutions and leading execution. And you learn to read the environment and turn it into competitiveness, not into an excuse.
Join a network of +15,000 alumni
You share the program with people in your same position: real experience is exchanged and business opportunities emerge inside the classroom. On completion, you join the Alumni Association: more than 15,000 active executives.

Is it compatible with running a company?
Yes. The AD-1 Senior Executive Program is designed for business owners and executives who want to keep developing their capabilities without stepping away from their responsibilities in their organization.
Its format, together with the Case Method, allows you to apply what you learn immediately to the reality of your company. The program combines individual study, teamwork, general sessions, practical workshops and networking with other executives, making learning compatible with professional activity. Sessions are held on Thursdays and Fridays, concentrating the program to minimize the impact on participants’ schedules.
The Case Method lets you apply what you learn straight away to the real challenges of your organization, while exchanging experience with other executives enriches decision-making and broadens your strategic perspective.
What is the admissions process like?
To take part in the AD-1, you must submit a completed Application for Admission to the Admissions Department.
The admissions team will review whether the participation requirements are met, assessing the candidate’s management experience and professional profile. Once admission has been confirmed, the participant must secure their place by paying the corresponding deposit within fifteen calendar days.
How much does it cost and how can it be financed?
The total fee for the AD-1 Senior Executive Program is €16,350.
- Deposit to secure your place: €3,000
- Remainder of the program: €13,350
Tuition includes all teaching materials, lunches and coffee breaks. On completion, participants who successfully finish the program receive the corresponding academic certificate.
In addition, the program is recognised as a university-specific degree (Título Propio) by Universidad Villanueva, so employees may apply for Individual Training Leave (PIF). If the established requirements are met, the company can recover the salary cost of the hours granted to attend the program. The program fee may also be considered a deductible expense in certain tax situations.
