The ADEL Participant Profile

An Exclusive Space for Reflection for Those at the Top of Business and Institutions

The design and content of ADEL make it essential for people at the top of organizations, whether or not they have previously completed a management or executive development program. In the classroom: leading business owners, public leaders and senior executives from Spain and Portugal, all leaders in their sector or field, regardless of company size or turnover.

Listen, Think and Share: The Program's Core Objectives

Are we transforming our companies to face the future? ADEL is built around three pillars: Environment, Business & Governance, and People.

Methodology

The Case Method: New Cases, with Their Protagonists in the Room

New cases and working papers are discussed with the active participation of the CEOs and chairs involved, who join the classroom as guest speakers.

“To create a high-level space for reflection among peers. A place where we do not come to listen to lectures, but to share real-life experience, complex decisions and, in many cases, dilemmas with no single right answer. With the experience and diversity we have in the classroom, I am confident the discussion will be immensely valuable.”

Roundtables and CEO Dialogues: in-depth, closed-door discussions with business owners, public leaders and other stakeholders.

The fastest way to understand the method is to sit in on a real session, in Seville or Malaga.

Individual study

Participants analyse the case and draw their own conclusions.

Different viewpoints are challenged in small groups, guided by a discussion facilitator.

The professor leads the classroom debate towards a diagnosis. Roundtables, flash cases and CEO dialogues complement the discussion.

Working forums enable interaction with other participants, with multimedia support between sessions.

Curriculum

The Three Cross-Cutting Pillars of Senior Business Leadership

These three pillars structure the program: each edition uses them to frame the discussion of new cases, conversations with protagonists and CEO dialogues.

Listen: what leaders are doing — and what is coming next.

First-run cases with their protagonists to spark debate

Real and current cases, discussed with the active participation of the CEOs and chairs involved as guest speakers.

Think: strategies and models for the future.

Conversations with business owners and cases

In-depth, closed-door debates with business owners, public leaders and other stakeholders.

Share: committed teams and leadership.

Spain and Portugal in the room

ADEL brings together leaders in their sector or field from Spain and Portugal, regardless of company size or turnover.

What Chairs, Board Members and CEOs Say

The strongest evidence of ADEL is the people who recommend it from the front line: chairs, board members and chief executives.
