LYDES Program
LYDES Participant Profile
A program open to all academic backgrounds
LYDES is designed for final-year university students and recent graduates from any field: engineering, science, healthcare, humanities, law or business. Management education complements any degree, and the diversity of backgrounds in the classroom enriches everyone’s learning.
From any degree
Management can be learned from any starting point: no prior business education is required. Each discipline brings a different way of analysing and deciding to the classroom.
→ University degree in any field
→ No prior business knowledge required
→ Interest in the business world
At the point of transition
The program is designed as a bridge between university and your first company. That is why the best time to take it is during the final year of your degree or in the first months after graduation.
→ Final-year student or recent graduate
→ On-campus format in Seville or Malaga
→ Focused on entering the job market
With professional ambition
We look for people with initiative, commitment and a desire to make the most of every session, workshop and company visit. The program requires involvement and supports each transition into employment individually.
→ Professional ambition and initiative
→ Commitment to the methodology and attendance
→ Admission through a personal interview
What you will take away when you finish
Management education, personal development and genuine support through to your entry into the job market.
All-round development
You learn through the Case Method, analysing and resolving real business situations. The program combines knowledge across all areas of an organization with the skills companies value most: analytical ability, decision-making, teamwork and communication.
Career Design
Personalized guidance from faculty and tutors to analyse and design your career around your strengths and preferences. It includes workshops with executives and HR specialists, CV development and support through recruitment processes.
Networking and Career Opportunities
You share the program with participants from across Spain and learn directly from business owners and executives through talks and company visits. At the end, the Career Services Department supports each transition into employment individually, tailored to your profile and goals.
Methodology
The Case Method: learning by making decisions
The Case Method does more than strengthen analytical ability: it develops decision-making, teamwork and effective communication in real business situations.
«You analyse, test your thinking with the team and decide: that is how managerial judgment is developed.»
The methodology is complemented by talks from executives, company visits and personalized mentoring.
Next Open Day: ask for the date when requesting information
Individual study
You analyse the case on your own — a real business situation — and reach your own conclusions before testing them with anyone else.
Teamwork
You share your analysis in small groups guided by a tutor. Comparing views with peers from different disciplines enriches the diagnosis.
General session
The professor leads the full-class discussion with the goal of reaching a diagnosis and a well-founded decision.
Practical workshops
You complement the cases with activities and exercises that develop specific management skills: negotiation, communication, digital identity and career design.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine LYDES with the final year of my degree?
Yes. In fact, LYDES is also designed for students in the final year of their degree, as well as for recent graduates.
However, bear in mind that it is an intensive on-campus program, held from 8:30 to 14:30, Monday to Friday (July to September). It is therefore compatible with finishing your degree as long as you can organize your academic calendar to attend the program with the commitment it requires.
The program is designed precisely as a bridge between university and professional life: while you complete your university studies, you start developing the capabilities, knowledge and attitudes companies look for in their future professionals and managers.
What is the admissions process like?
The admissions process aims to identify young people with the potential to build a professional career, beyond their academic record. LYDES is aimed at final-year university students and recent graduates with initiative, commitment, leadership ability, personal maturity and a desire to grow professionally.
The first step is to contact the Admissions Department, which supports candidates throughout the process and answers their questions. The website also has a specific form requesting personal details, contact information and university studies.
Ultimately, the process aims to confirm a good fit between the candidate’s profile and motivation and what LYDES offers: highly practical, business-oriented education focused on building a professional career.
How much does it cost and what financing options are available?
The investment in the LYDES Program and the available financing options are explained individually during the admissions process. If you need support to finance your studies, our Admissions team will inform you of the options available.
