PAM Profile

Tailored executive education for your leaders and your business challenges

San Telmo aims to stay close to business leaders and to be a learning partner for their governing bodies, management teams and related companies. Each PAM adapts participants, content and methodology to the transformation the organization wants to drive.

What do we tailor for you?

Each project combines three dimensions to build a learning experience tailored to the company.

Methodology

The Design Process with San Telmo

Four phases, from the first conversation to the classroom. Everything agreed before teaching begins.
«What we design depends on the transformation you want to drive, not on our catalogue.»
On campus or online. In the language, calendar and location the project requires.
The best way to know whether San Telmo is right for your team is to experience a real session.
Phase 01 · Listen and understand

Everything starts with getting to know the company.

We gather its ideas, objectives and initial approach to understand its challenges and establish an initial framework for collaboration.

We work with the company to create a unique proposal.

Together we define content, methodology and format until we reach a collaboration proposal with the final design and budget.

We formalize the relationship, defining every detail of the activity as well as the agreed terms and deadlines.

We launch the project with the involvement of the responsible team and San Telmo faculty, supporting its delivery with follow-up and feedback.

CHALLENGES WE ADDRESS THROUGH CUSTOM DESIGN

What transformation do you want to drive in your company?

No two PAM projects are alike. Projects are built around the specific challenges of each organization, which can be grouped into three broad areas.

Transforming an organization also means developing the people who have to make that change happen.

An opportunity to look beyond the day-to-day and understand how the competitive environment is changing.

Projects that can support some of the most significant moments of change in an organization.
